FAQ
Common questions
Do I need an account?
Not to try it. Signed out you can plan three trips, read them in full and follow their booking links. An account is what lets you change one — editing a stop, chatting to revise the plan, sharing a link and exporting a PDF all need one, as do ten trips instead of three, 'My trips' on any device, loading a place's full details, and inviting other people to comment. Nothing you planned as a guest is lost: signing in hands those trips to your account.
How many trips can I plan?
Three without an account, ten with one. The three are a trial rather than three at a time — deleting a trip takes an account, so a guest's three don't recycle. Signed in, deleting frees a slot, so ten is a limit on how many you keep rather than how many you'll ever create.
Are the places real?
The ones drawn from our curated catalog are — they carry verified coordinates, ratings, photos and opening hours from Google Places. For a destination we haven't curated yet, the planner works from general knowledge alone, so treat those suggestions as a starting point and check anything you're relying on.
Where do the drive times come from?
A real routing engine, calculated between each pair of consecutive stops after your itinerary is generated — never estimated by the AI. If a leg can't be routed (a ferry crossing, say), we show nothing rather than a number we can't stand behind.
Can I change a trip after it's generated?
Yes, two ways. Ask for a change in plain language and the whole itinerary is revised, or swap a single stop for a nearby alternative — that one is instant, since it doesn't involve the AI at all. Changing the number of days isn't supported yet; plan a new trip for that.
Can I visit more than one destination?
Yes. Add a leg for each place and set the days for each; they're visited in the order you list them. The planner writes the transfer between legs into the itinerary itself.
Do you charge for bookings?
No. Booking links point to partner sites and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Where a partner has no inventory for a place, we show no button rather than sending you somewhere unrelated.
Something looks wrong. What do I do?
Tell us — wrong coordinates and dead links are the most useful thing you can report.
